Caroline Strobel was an early entrepreneur, opening the market for gourmet sweets when she founded the first cupcake shop in Brazil at the age of 21. She graduated in Advertising, post-graduated in Planning and Business Management, and holds a Master in Marketing & Brand Management (Kingston University London).
She worked in a large multinational, and acted as a strategist in a global communication agency, where she signed the strategy of brands such as Nestlé, Volvo and Sky. During her trajectory, she accumulated more than fifteen years of experience in brand management, studying in depth the nuances and challenges of the market.
From dissatisfaction with the traditional scenario, FIKA was born: a consultancy specializing in projects that believe in creativity as a means of differentiation.
